Problem Statement: Inconsistent messaging about our company's employer brand has led to confusion about our culture, making it harder to attract top talent or hire candidates who align with our values. Without a clear and consistent message throughout the entire candidate-to-employee journey, we struggle to effectively communicate what sets us apart and explain our culture, ultimately hindering our ability to attract and retain top talent
Approach: Develop a consistent narrative about what it's like to work at ByteDance through employer brand content and channels, ensuring key stakeholders who interact with candidates—such as recruiters, HR, hiring managers, and interviewers—understand and apply the narrative throughout the hiring process.
Enhanced the candidate experience with clear, culture-focused resources like the candidate interview guide and talking points toolkits.
